How Our Free 15-Minute Consultation Works

At NIM Immigration Lawyers in Barcelona we offer a limited number of free 15-minute online consultations for people planning to move to Spain or regularise their status. Instead of an open booking calendar, every request is reviewed by our legal team first. This lets us dedicate our time to the cases where a short call genuinely makes a difference, and come to your call already knowing your situation.

Who is the free consultation for?

It is designed for people with a concrete plan to apply for a Spanish visa or residence permit in the coming months, such as the Digital Nomad Visa, the Non-Lucrative Visa, a student stay, arraigo, EU family member residence or Spanish nationality, who want a lawyer to confirm the best route before starting.

What happens during the 15 minutes?

A lawyer from our team goes through your profile with you, tells you which permit fits best, points out the main requirements or risks we see, and explains the next steps. If you then want us to handle your application, we will send you a quote, with no obligation.

Why do you review requests first?

Free slots are limited. Reviewing each request lets us prioritise the people we can genuinely help and prepare the call in advance, so the 15 minutes are useful for you.
